| Private Charter Fee |
Parties of 4 or less, can expect to have other people join them on the boat. If you would like the boat exclusively a "Private Charter Fee" charge of $75 per empty space per day will be charged. Parties of 5 will be automatically charged a one person no-fill. |

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
A deposit of $100/pp on package or one nights stay for non-package reservations is required to confirm. Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to date of arrival will receive an 80% refund. No refunds of deposit will be given for cancellations less than 45 days. Groups that show up with lower numbers will not receive credit for deposits for no-shows. Upon departure you will be expected to pay for what you have reserved.
Advance requests of specific guides require a minimum party of 4 people, but no more than 6. We will do our best to honor requests made by parties less than 4. On occasion, circumstances beyond our control prevent requests from being honored. We regret this and will do our best to make acceptable changes. |
