Fishing for a Fundraiser
Service groups have fun fishing while raising funds for community projects.
Have we got a deal for your club!
This is a two part fundraiser each with it’s own moneymaking opportunities
1) A Walleye Fish Fry for your community
2) A Fishing Trip to Lake of theWoods
The Fish Fry
1) Your club chooses the date and the venue for a community fish fry (usually in conjuction with a community event)
2) We bring the walleye and all the fixing's for an authentic shorelunch
3) Your club supplies volunteers, sets the price and collects the money for the fish fry. What you take in above our nominal fee is yours to keep.
4) Based on a $3-$5 profit per person, serving 200 people, for example, you can see a profit of $600 - $1000 for this event.
The Fishing Trip
1) Your club chooses the dates and package that works best for you.
2) Fill the bus with club and community members.
3) After the 24th person boards the bus, for each person in addition, Sportsman’s Lodge will donate $25 to your club.
4) Based on a 50 passenger bus, filled, you have the potential to make $650.
It all works hand in hand for you and us. We love to share our fish frys and our fishing fun with you and know that the money your club raises is well used and appreciated by many people. We add the fun into raising that money so it is a win/win all the way around. As you make your decision, we want you to know that this is tried and true and a testimonial is available from the Lion’s Club in Rockford, Minnesota.
Please call us for more details, we would be happy to send a packet of information your way.
