 Some Prime Hunting Can Be Done in our Area!
Nothing can compare to the duck hunting on the big water of Lake of the Woods. Our main staple for ducks is the illusive Diver ducks. From bluebills, canvasbacks, redheads, ring-bills, goldeneyes, and fat little buffleheads you will get your fill of high speed fly-by shooting. In the early part of the season we have some great teal and mallard hunts. As the weather gets cold and nasty we get some of the best diver hunting around along with a great number of those shady northern mallards everybody dreams of bagging. Our affiliation with Sportsmans Lodge and Sportsmans Oak Island Lodge has allowed us to offer an adventure package. This allows us to offer fishing and hunting packages through both resorts. The adventure package at Sportsmans Lodge includes a morning or evening of hunting and a half day of guided charter boat fishing (min. 4 people). For the really adventurous type, the adventure package to Sportsmans Oak Island Lodge offers a truly unique journey. You will leave Sportsmans Lodge on the Rainy River and travel North 40 miles by water to Sportsmans Oak Island Lodge. There you will spend your time duck hunting in the morning, take a break in the middle of the day to fish, and then end the day with a evening duck hunt. There are also Canadian fishing adventures available for the afternoon. Please call for rates for either adventure as they are custom packages set up especially for your group. Rates Guided Duck Hunts - $75 per person – morning or evening hunt All duck hunts include guide, blinds, decoys, and cleaning of birds For Reservations or Information Additional Costs Payment Terms A written confirmation will be sent after deposit is received. Remaining balances is due upon arrival, prior to actual hunt.
Deposits are 50% refundable with 90 days notice of cancellation prior to hunt. Cancellations of less than 90 days notice are non-refundable.

best hunting adventures available. We grew up hunting the area and have been successfully guiding for several years. We offer the best field hunts in the area for Greater & Lesser Canadian Geese. We have around 18,000 acres of wheat, barley, oat, soy bean, rye grass and blue grass fields to our disposal.
North Country Elk Guide Service & Club is located in Northern Minnesota near Baudette on 1200 acres which are about 85% wooded and have about 15 miles in trails. Licenses are not required to hunt on the private ranch. Hunt dates are personalized on a first come basis starting September 1st through February 15th. |
